Password Management

To access the courses at, you need to create a password and use it at the time of logging in to use the courses.

Creating Password

While creating an account using email address you are required to create a password. Your password should be at least 6 characters long. You can include alphabets (a-z), numerical characters (0-9) in your password. The password can contain alphabetic characters in lower case or upper case or a combination of both. Symbols and special characters can also be used in your password.

Changing password

You can change your existing password, if you wish to. To change your password, log in to your account. Go to ‘My Dashboard’. In ‘My Dashboard’, click on ‘Account Information’. Click on ‘Change Password’. Fill up your existing password and create a new password of your choice. Reconfirm your password by typing your new password again for any typographical mistakes. Click on ‘Save’. Next time you can log in with your new password.

Forgot password

If you forget your password, you can click on ‘Forgot Password’ link at the time of login. In the new window, fill up your email id and click on ‘Send Password’. You will get an email in your Inbox with a link to reset the password. Click on that link and create your new password.

If you don’t find the email for resetting the password in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder and mark this email as ‘Not Spam’ or add it in the ‘Safe Sender’s List’.

Password Secrecy

Please keep your password secret and do not share it with anyone. Anyone who has access to your login credentials may attempt questions or mock tests, seriously damaging your preparations. If another user with whom you have shared the password logs in, you would be automatically logged out.
