You need to make a fresh registration and fee payment for the Mop-up round if you:

1. Registered in Round 1 and availed free exit, i.e., did not take admission or resigned from the institute

You are not required to register again if no seat was allotted in Rounds 1 and 2.

Note: Candidates who had been selected in Rounds 1 & 2 and gained admission will not be eligible for the Mop-up round.

Stray Vacancy Rounds:

Each Deemed/Central University / AIIMS / JIPMER / State level medical college will now allot the seats based on their own eligibility criteria. If you wish to appear in the Stray Vacancy round, you must apply separately to each college.

MCC will provide each institute with a list of candidates that will be ten times the number of vacancies. Each college needs to provide admissions from this list strictly based on merit.

If you did not secure a seat in any of the previous rounds of NEET counselling, you can participate in the stray vacancy round held by each college.
