JEE (Main) 2022 exam Session 1: 20th June to 29th June 2022

Session 2: 21st July to 30th July 2022

Registration for JEE (Advanced) 2022 The registration shall begin on 7th August 2022 (10:00 IST) and would continue till 11th August 2022 17:00 IST.
Last Date for Fee Payment Until Friday, August 12, 2022 (17:00 IST)
Admit card available for downloading The admit cards shall be available to students for downloading from Tuesday, August 23, 2022 (10:00 IST) to Sunday, August 28, 2022 (14:30 IST)

Examination Schedule for JEE Advanced 2022

Pattern of Examination for JEE Advanced 2022

The JEE Advanced 2022 will have two objective type papers. Each paper will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The duration of each paper will be 3-hours. Question papers will be in both English and Hindi. The exam will be held in online mode. If there is negative marking, it will be different in each paper. The question types covered in the paper are designed to test the reasoning, comprehension and analytical abilities of candidates.

Admissions to IITs will be based only on category-wise All India Rank (AIR) in JEE(Advanced) subject to the condition that such candidates are in the top 20 percentile of successful candidates of their 12th Board examination in applicable categories.

Town and Cities where IIT JEE Advanced 2022 will be held

IIT JEE Advanced 2022 will be held in selected cities and towns in India and Abroad. Outside India, the exam will be held in Dubai (UAE). In India, the exam centres are divided into seven zones and each exam centre has a special code. The candidate should choose five cities/towns at the time of registration for JEE Advanced 2022. ON THE DAY OF THE EXAMINATION

On the day of the examination, you are required to reach the examination hall by 8:30 A.M.

You must carry a printed copy of your Admit Card which you can download from JEE Advanced 2022 website. You will be given the original Admit Card after verification by the staff at the centre at the time of Paper – 1.

You are not allowed to carry any electronic device, abacus, slide rule, log book, study material of any type, geometry box, etc to the examination hall.

You cannot leave the examination hall before the end of the examination.
